Laser not fire with z axis!

Hello
Im trying to build laser cutter with xy axis and laser controlled by z axis direction.
my problem is that everything is connected and when im moving z axis in jog (MACH3) the laser not fires.
i attached a wiring diagram, please help me, i know that there is something wrong in my wiring from z axis to laser power supply i just dont know what....

completly wrong, u need to adjust power with IN( with manual pot or pwm ) and decide on using low active or high active also ground P(pump )
do a search on wiring a laser psu, can find alot!!

I'm controlling my laser with Mach3 via the Z axis You can't wire it direct like that. The circuit I'm using is completely independent from everything. It's driven by a cam and relays off the Z axis. Two power levels cut and engrave. Works great. You need to understand how to drive the laser power supply.
