Professional laser cutting machine & costs

Hi,
i'm a buyer for metallic parts as small brakets & supports , I would like to understand better about costs of very professionals laser cutting machines in order to forecast the piece price in advance respect the offer by external supplier.
The main question are about costs:
- working cost of the machine US$/hour
- time setup starting from cad file
- reference thickness steel vs velocity of machine
- standard dimensions about steel sheet of 1 mm thickness.

Please let me know if there are books about this topic

# of units/month is going to have a VERY large effect on that price point.

Yes I know, number of pices/month has a big impact on final piece price but the setup cost or the machine/hour cost is quite stable, obviously any production manager is happy to do only one setup for thousand pieces...!
Do you have an idea about the costs mentioned in my previous email?
