Mazak Cnc Lazer Cutting Corogated Iron

Hay ya im looking into cutting corogated iron.Im currently running a Mazak CNC lazer cutter and wondering weather any one has had any experiance cutting this stuff.The one we have in our shop has a censor in the head to pick up the top of the material but will it work for corogated iron?

touch the nozzle to the material surface, if it gives you the auto gap sensor alarm then it should work.
