I have a Laserpro Explorer II ( also known as Pinnacle ZX from what I gather). I used to be able to print to the engraver directly from Solidworks. However, the workstation connected to the engraver was replaced, and now I cannot get Solidworks 2007sp3.1 to play nice with the engraver. I cannot remember which version of solidworks I used to make it work and the manufacturer has know knowledge about Solidworks compatibility. Anyone know??
What is the frimware on the machine maybe upgrading it out downgrading it might solve your problem, I can provide you with the firmware and its upgrader if needed.
