40W Chinese Laser Engraver Y-Axis Problem - Video

Laser engraver all the sudden started this. Typically it would "home" as seen in the first part of the video. Then it should advance out and stop at the top left corner of the work area but now continues out past that point and tries to go beyond the physical limits as well... appears mainly on the Y Axis.

Any ideas??

I just realized for some reason there is no audio with the video. When it stops at the end, it sits there and skipping/grinding for about a second then stops.
