Default the engines do not work

    Hello everyone
    Forgive my English
I have a 40w co2 laser bought on ebay. It worked well until today. Today, after having turned it on, the laser head has remained still, not carrying out the usual movements in ignition. I connected the machine to the PC via USB but nothing happens, no command is received from the machine. The laser test works and is ok. It does not respond to the commands of the pc and moving the head manually when I switch it does not return to its place.

I don't have any experience with laser machines but if its not communicating with your PC

the first two things I would try are

first - use another USB cable just in case you have a faulty cable

second -. plug the cable into another of the PC's USB ports to see if the laser machine is detected and
the driver installed for the new USB port

more details of the make and model of machine will be needed
for members here to help to fault find any electrical or electronic faults in the laser machine

you could have a faulty power supply or control board
