First timer and newbie to the laser engraver/cutter. We purchased the OPT Laser 6W Kit and it's installed on our Stepcraft 600. I've uploaded a file and fired up the laser. Makes nice work, but it burns lines in-between the letters in the text. So when it should stop it's still burning.. I am using UCCNC and it too is something new that I've not really gotten comfortable with.. Any guidance would be appreciated..
