I have an older JSM-40 laser that up till the last few days has been working great. Lately I’m having problems with the laser starting in random spots or starts ok then the laser head will run off the table and into the rail and start making a grinding noise then it throws the hole picture out of alignment. It does this with pictures or even just text. I tried setting the 0,0 in NewleyDraw but it doesn’t seem to help it’s like the laser table and software are not lining up anymore. I’m not sure if this a software/setting issues or if something in the laser has gone bad. I’ve also installed the software on another computer and that has made no difference. Any recommendation?
