Cuts great one day, will not cut at all next day

I have several 15 watt blue diode lasers
All of them cut acrylic and mdf great one day and all of them will not cut the next day at all
Why?

Maybe because of the MTBF? laser diodes only last a couple of hours, duty cycle is only 10%, unlike the CO2 lasers that you can run it all day everyday

i can cut 1 hr cuts all day long one day

the next morning cant cut a thing

a few hours later or the next day, i can cut all day long

theirs no consistancy
