Hi All members of the forum.
I have a problem with a Chinese laser that mounts the controller in question.
We were engaging a box of wood boxes at some point we noticed that the laser was no longer extinguishing the laser.
Let me explain better if, for example, drawing two squares one away from the other the first draws it correctly but as it passes to the second the laser does not turn off and I find that it cuts the space as it passes between a square and a consecutive one, if instead we engrave a logo for example, a letter not only affects the letters but the whole air resulted in a nice black rectangle.
After I reinstalled the software (laserdrw) i tried another pc, replaced the usb cable several times restarted the laser but nothing the problem persists.
Do you know how to give me a hand?

Try unplugging and replugging all leads out of the RFC6442G... that's all I can think of.
Or try asking on the Ruida Facebook group or the Ruida forums.
