Laser will not stop firing

Well here is a new one. My Gweike 80w machine's laser will not turn off. I noticed this a few hours ago during a project. The laser is literally firing non-stop. I cancelled the job, shut the laser off, and turned it back on. It was even firing during boot up AND if I open the lid.

This is obviously very dangerous. Does anyone have any thoughts? I am stumped!
