    Question Laser marking on Metal

    Hi

    I am a newbie here.

I need to mark logos on metals like iron, cast iron and aluminum alloy.
I am considering to buy 10W or 15W laser module as shown here

    https://www.aliexpress.com/item/15W-...02.4.76.rRqSHw

I just want to be sure if it would do the job?
Is the cooling from the fan would be enough or I might need some extra arrangements?

    Thanks.

It might burn the anodizing off aluminum with a long time span but for steel not sure about cast iron you need a Galvo Fiber laser of at least 20 Watts. Around $5000 USD.
