Wrong forum on CNC Zone but a quick answer is no, the PWM signal has to go to some sort of controller that outputs voltage to your spindle motor. I can not help other than this. You need to find out the voltage going into your spindle motor AC or DC and find a controller that takes your PWM signal and outputs to that motor.
This is from the Amazon Description > Spindeldrehzahl:500 ~ 8000 rpm/Min. (PWM stufenlose Drehzahlsteuerung)
I do not read German but it looks like its saying spindle 500-8000 rpm/.Min with a PWM signal??
