redsail x700 engraver. power only to internal light and fans

hi guys, hoping someone can help. ive had engraver since last year and apart from upgraded tube it has worked perfectly untill a few weeks ago. there is power getting to internal light and fan, the e stop works, green light is on cpu, red light is on laser power supply but nothing else working.
lights are not on x and y boxes and no power at all to display

Instead of just guessing or posting I would invest in a decent DVM and start checking the power sources. Also check for blown fuses.
