    Default Bad Laser cutting on Aluminum 3KW

    Hi,

    i have a Mitsubishi Laser Machine 3KW, i try to cut aluminum with air and my dryer does nor work properly so i see water into my nozzle
    after that i clean and purge the lines, now i use oxygen to can cut aluminum 0.050" thickness the machine start good but a few inches of cutting
    the cut was horrible and later the machine stop the cutting.

    Thought you were supposed to use nitrogen on aluminum?

    I was use oxygen in the past and I was cut the aluminum, actually that option comes in me machine with oxygen or nitrogen.

    Each machine is different, but I'd look at the optics then. The water may have gotten on the the optics.

    I clean the optics but I still have the same issue, im going to try use anti reflective coating spray, yesterdar I use a black sharpie and works a little bit better
