HELLO... i have laser machine and rdworks maincard. laser power supply is db9 port. my problem is the laser wont firing. pls help me to fix this problem. see attached file for the connection of my power supply to maincard

This has nothing to do with RD Works, where is your 240 or 120 volt power into the HVPS?

Do you have power voltage going in? Does it fire with Test Button?

yes sir i have power voltage going in. and when i used power self test laser will on. when i using pulse or run a project laser wont work. or not firing

Connect WP1 on RD Controller to GND #1

Or If you have a water protection flow switch Connect WP1 to it and then wire back to the GND terminal.
