Try to set engraving in one direction first and check any difference.
I just got this machine (60w red/black ebay) yesterday. Tried engraving today and it produces a doubled image effect. I've tried with different files and same result every time. I checked alignment and no problem there. It cuts just fine. Any ideas? I've seen similar problems on this forum but the others had issues with the doubled image casted to one side. My problem is that the image is doubled perfectly to the right and left.

Have this same issue, everything seem to be setup right. Also brand new machine just setup yesterday. Does not make any sense why it is doing this.
When setting up your scan/engrave settings in RDWorks, change scan mode from x swing to x unilateralism.

Sometimes a loose lens will lead to more or less the same problem. Or mirror.

Ok so that sort of fixed it but there is now a new problem I can not figure out, x_swing is the only mode that will allow engraving in both directions. I Have look everywhere and played with setting for an entire day, and nothing. Seems to be something with the speed But does not seem to make sense why it is firing the laser twice. Any help?
Sent an email to the sell to see if I can get this working, without engraving both directions is it is very slow.
