did you contact the sales girl in our company?
Hi Everyone!
I`m new on the forum.
Recently I purchased a G.Weike LG900N with a LEETRO 6585 controller.
When I try to engrave some photos the gantry jumps forwards and skips some areas of the photo.
The laser doesn`t move back and forth over the unengraved areas, it just skips, usually right at the start and then again at some other point regardless
of the position on the table.
It happens with just some photos, not all of them but I don`t know why.
I use the same procedure for all photos: import into photograv-> resize and resample-> process it and save as .bmp -> import into lasercut and save as .eol
Here`s what I gathered so far:
- I can engrave most photos and all vectors flawlessly so it probably isn`t a mechanical problem or something in the settings
- the file size doesn`t seem to be a problem (I managed to engrave 15 MB .eol files, while it skipped on some smaller ones)
- the physical size doesn`t seem to be a problem
- all files are transferred to the laser with the same USB
- I use the same speed for all photos
- it`s not a memory problem because i tried to engrave with only one file in the laser, but it still skipped
here are the links to some photos i couldn`t engrave:

Did anyone experience anything similar, it looks like a software issue to me, but I can`t figure it out.
Thanks!

No, not yet. Can you help?
The machine feet are well placed on the floor? Try to reduce the speed of the xy when not engraving - any difference?
Yes, the feet are on the floor.
If I remember correctly i tried reducing the speed at one point, but it still did it.
I don`t think the speed is an issue because I engraved about 30 photos successfully, but couldn`t do only about 5.
I sent a short video to G.Weike, so if I find out what`s the problem I will let you know.
