Default Low Current output to Laser Tube

    Hello all,
I have an issue with my Laser machine, I am working with Ben and Nolan from Thunderlaser to solve my issue but thought I would see if anyone else has had a similar issue:
    Mars 90 100W CO2 laser machine

    Problem:
Does not cut materials as used to, ie used to be able to cut up to 1/2 wood with relative ease. Now will not cut 5.2mm plywood. Using the material settings for 12mm MDF in RDworks I cannot cut 5.2mm plywood. I have replaced the Laser tube, same result. Read the amps to laser tube ~4-5 mA at 60% setting, should be ~28mA. Replaced the Power supply, still the same result. I hope someone has some ideas.

Just a thought - have you cleaned and made good the high voltage and low voltage connections on the tube??

Thanks for input, the laser tube is brand new as well as the power supply, so connections are brand new, factory installed.

I have found that on one of my lasers if the min power setting is set below the max setting my laser will only cut at the low setting even if I tell it to cut a 90%
