If you are looking to start a business, don't go for the cheapest you can find. Better save up and buy a decent machine. Educate yourself on lasers first.

I am not sure of your application but most companies including want to show you light work laser only for Demo. Whilst these work well...anything heavier doesn't work....atleast that's my experience and issue with my new Chinese Laser Machine.
