Which engraving machine is better?

Hi eveyone, I am going to start a business about engraving customized logo on phone case for customers...after searching on google, I found some review article about the engravers, and now I am locked at CNC' engraving machine and Mophorn 80W engraving machine...from one of the review article( Best Laser Engraving Machine 2017: Buyers’ Guide - 10 Best Trumps Reviews ), it seems that the CNC engraver is better, however, it seems that the after-sales service of the Mophorn engraver is better...anyone can give me some suggestion?
