    Default LASER ALARM

    Hi, new to forum here. just looking to see if anyone out there can help me with a amada alarm that i am coming up with.The alarm is 2202 calibration fail. the machine will do the beam alignment fine , but to do 8010 height adjustment it will go down to about 2.14" off of material then come up with the alarm. any help would be appreciated. thanks.

    Hi Rosco,

    What is the Machine Model & Fanuc Controller Model.

    based on this info.....it will be clear what type of Z-axis calibration sensor machine has.

    it is a amada fo 3015 with a fanuc 160i-l. The other question I have if you could help is there a way to restart a cut after a cutting head connection alarm or a z sensor wire break alarm comes on? THANKS, ROSCO.

    Do you have 12vdc from nozzle to ground? could be head, short cable, HS box, long cable, HS board.
