Newby Question - overlapping objects in RDCAM v8

Hi all,

RDCAM v8
Cheap chinese laser.

New to this so I apologise if this is in the wrong forum but I'm trying to scan a shape with a bit missing in the middle. Image a smiley on wood - see attached. I want the yellow bit to be engraved dark but the eyes and mouth to be left blank. I've drawn all 4 objects but not sure how to set this up, and can't find it anywhere.
