Laser Engraver wont Engrave!

Hello, first time posting reaching out for help! I have a Hurricane (chinese) 60 w laser machine. It has been humming along great but now has a problem I can't fix. When I send it an engraving project and hit start, it moves to the bottom extent of the Y axis (vertical) of the project, and then it moves quickly in a straight line up wards to the top extent of the y axis of the project. It doesn't make passes side to side. If you send it different sizes of projects it knows the new extents of the top and bottom, but just wont make passes to engrave.

I don't know if I am explaining this well enough, I hope I am.

The funny thing is that if I load an old saved project, it engraves it fine. The only problem is if I send it something new. Cutting works fine.

Any Ideas?

you can try to connect it to computer with usb cable (if your system is RD ),then use the computer to start working. hope can help you . my advise you can upload a picture of the control panel,so we can check the system.

Have you resolved the problem? i am having the same and EXACT problem!

Well i will reply myself for someone future´s reference.
In: system settings -> Advanced Functions uncheck the enable from rotate engrave! thats all!
