AWC608 working with Windows 10?

Hi all

I've got a laser-cutter working with an AWC608... it's currently running with an old XP machine running lasercad - but I'd like to swap that machine out for a windows 10 one.

Does anyone know if this is possible?

At the moment, it all looks good until I try to download the file (using USB) - whereupon it triumphantly says

"Communicating Unsuccessful!"

And that's as far as it gets.


Any help, greatly appreciated

Hi Nick

You could change the compatibility of your software in win 10 , right click your mouse , property , compatibility , and chose XP compatibility .
Ph main board can use dirrectly on Win10 , and support the newest coreldraw , like X8 .
About the Communicating , you could insert the USB cable to the USB interface of mainboard dirrectly .

Somewhere between those two solutions, and a couple of stops and starts, everything now appears to be working perfectly.

Yes works but you haw to install unsigned usb driver first.
