New to laser engraving - black smoke/dust on the product surface after engraving
new to the process. we use fiber laser to engraving on polystyrene. but there is always black smoke/dust on the surface after engraving.
post-process cleaning is not what we want. what can we do in process to reduce the dust/smoke? does it relate to the surface texture of the polystyrene part or have to use specific polystyrene compound? thanks!
