    Default Problems with Chinese lasers

I have two Rabbit lasers with two separate problems.
The first machine will begin to traverse after hitting "start", but does not start cutting for about 30 seconds. To circumvent this issue we hit "pause" right before the cut starts, fire the laser manually until it fires, then resume the program. Any suggestions?
The second machine is eating power supplies like crazy. I've blown three Light Object 80 watt supplies in a row just by hooking them up. Short in the wiring?
Finally, does anyone know of a tech that will come to my facility to help solve these problems? Hopefully someone else has experienced similar issues with their machines and can help out. Thanks.
