Default GCC Explorer "not cutting square"

    Hi Everyone

any help would be appreciated, I have just purchased a used GCC Explorer II. Its all setup and cutting but I know the alignment of the mirrors is out quite a lot as it has varying laser strength across the table.

I am cutting out basic squares to test but they are not at 90 degree right angles they are about 3 to 5 degrees out from the drawing. So the squares are all slanted, I get the same thing with circles to a lesser visual degree.

I am wondering if the gantry is out of align, or can this just be caused by the mirror misalignment.

    thanks Matt

Mirror alignment is very important to get 90 degree cuts. GCC Machines have 4 mirrors so the alignment is very critical.

Also check that the table is level.
