We ordered an 800 series laser from legacy lasers and it finally arrived last Friday. We began setting it up late on Saturday and had some questions for them and expecting the call to go to voice mail we got an answer and they walked us through the questions we had. We got it all setup and planned on doing our test runs on Sunday. Well then we had problems getting the lasercut software to install correctly.So we called again on Sunday and still Dean answered our call. He was able to connect to our computer using team viewer and was able to get everything setup on computer for us and even showed us how to download our files to the machine.So far the machine is running great and support was just what we were hoping to receive!
