Default Communication broken: MPC6535 controller and York Laser

    Hi Everybody,

I posted this already in another section. don't know which one is the best. sorry for that
I have a York Laser with a MPC6535 controller card.
Sometimes when we send files to the laser cutter the following message appears:
"The communication is broken for timeout. Please close and open the output window to retry"

Usually we just unplugged and plugged back in the USB cable and everything was fine.
    This time it doesn't work.
I don't know what to do.

I've checked the DLL and firmware version but the same message appears and then the 2 versions are completely different.

    What should I do?
Please help us, I've already written to Leetro but I don't expect to get an answer soon!

    "MotionCard - SoftDog no same"

Seem to be a common error. I just have insrtalled a PC running Win10. after reading this forum and My previous knowledge helped me find the solution.

You may put the machines disk into CD with the USB driver on it

You may initiate the update by going to Control Panel\Hardware and Sound - Device manager.
You will see a "USB" item under Other devices. Click to open setting than find the driver on CD in your computer.

My Pro2000 is now running smoothly
