Redsail X700 - Australia

So I've had a bit of experience with laser cutters (other peoples) in the past, and am looking at buying my own.
This model seems incredibly cheap, and it's not being shipped direct from China. New Redsail X700 Laser Cutting in Malaga, WA Price: $7,200 <140215>
Anyone have any thoughts on brand and/or model?
Not rushing into a purchase, and just curious if this really is a good buy, or stay clear type situation..
