    Default angle cutting

I have a LG500 desktop that I have been having this problem since I got it in Nov. It cuts on a slight angle in the X the Y is good. I have t aligned the beam and it is hitting the center of each mirror and hitting the center of the tube above the lens. I have tried to shimming the lens holder but then I can't get a strong beam to cut all the way through. Here is a quick drawing of what I get.

First check if you laser beam goes straight through the middle of the output hole.
If it is OK check your beam profile. Must be round all the way,
If he beam is not round this may cause such a feeling but really it is leaning V shape.
Check cutting profile when cutting perpendicularly to the material edge. Plexi is best for.
Also check it with different power and FL distance to see how the beam behaves.

I have check and it is in the center of the output hole cut at different focal lengths and still can't figure it out. I can cut plexi at 7mm ips with 75% power with air 60watt tube but it is on an angle in one direction.

    hi there
check if your laserhead is perfect plump, I have seen this before that the laserhead changed over time or if it did slammed a few times against the rails.
