Default Shaky line in corners when cutting

    Hello!

I have big chinese CO2 laser engraver that I bought used, this problem has been all the time I´ve used it. I have replaced all the mirrors, focuslense and tube. The machine is installed to ground as it should and worktable is steady. Mirrors and focus have been tightened so that they wont move when engraving/cutting. Laserhead is firmly in place, no loose parts etc... Now im out of ideas so if you have one SHOOT! Wobbling line is on x-axis, I have also runned the machine very slow and it still makes little shaky lines... slower is better than fast cutting but still wobbly and ofcourse very sloooow. If it could set to stop for a while in every corner it could solve the problem but ofcourse increase working time.

    Machine is 1300mm x 2500mm with 60W power, software Lasercut5.3.

It seems that the machine itself is shaking when cutting in corners. Any suggestions for making big laser engraver more stable? Engraving is no problem... cutting only. The whole brigde where the laser head moves shakes littlebit. I couldnt get it any smoother by changing the corneracc in lasercut.

    hi there
you probably need to tighten the X axis belt and or the head guide.

Have you cutted small pieces with it? Can you cut 50mmx50mm square and send pic of it to here? Would be nice to see if its only my machine problem. Tnx!

Tried to tighten all belts... same problem occurs... And when I change the corner acceleration value in lasercut machine options there seems no differense between speeds. Should it go very slow in corners if I put example 1 in corner acc? And yes I downloaded the cfg to machine, tried new files and checked that cutting settings had same settings as in machine settings. Picture of cutted example speed 20. I think that if I could somehow set the accerelation speeds in cornes right it could help, do you know how?
