    Hello,

Just used this machine to run a template for a curved stair case for the Stratford Festival. I just started a 19' curved crown moulding out of styro.

    Check it out...AXYZ 4008 ATC Scenic Carpentry-imageuploadedbytapatalk1393209283-879852-jpg

Here is a couple of cuts we made on the machine, we used styro to make a crown moulding for a curved wall.AXYZ 4008 ATC Scenic Carpentry-imageuploadedbytapatalk1394392586-207246-jpgAXYZ 4008 ATC Scenic Carpentry-imageuploadedbytapatalk1394392602-187957-jpg and here is the wall.AXYZ 4008 ATC Scenic Carpentry-imageuploadedbytapatalk1394392627-351503-jpg

The upper and lower curve is cut on the CNC and I framed it 16 on Center, it's about 3ft tall.

I flipped unit upside down and started with the "dental" I used PL Premium and screws. I built each layer staggering the seems on each layer.

As each layer grows, I can only screw into the top plate (now on bottom) the foam is dense enough to screw into and hold the layer to let the glue dry.
