I also have a recently purchased DWC-90SB machine. And I have the following problem. After we manually insert the 0.2mm wire and let it go into a small program when it has to connect the voltage (M 84) gives the message WIRE BREAKAGE, the stop signal was 110, which means the wire was cut or disconnected. BUT the wire is full and continuous, the two switches are in the correct position and the brass wire is continuous and the used wire box is connected electric whit the shielded wire. The resistance between the copper wire and the wire is about 470 Ohms is correct? The average of resistance is not it too small?
Thank you in advance for any answers .
