Dear all,

We have problem with our wire edm machine (Agie 250 hss sf). The machine will boot up and go completely through the start up but after completion of the process there is a big problem.

Namely, when we want to start working there is problem with software, the commands on the screen are not printed correctly, there is mixing of different languages(symbols) on the screen. In the begining (few days after the occurrence of the problem) the machine worked with this anomaly. Unfortunately very soon the machine is completely stopped to responding on commands shown on the screen. You can see the "look" of the screen on the link shown below.


I have to mention that there is no any fault(messages) on the screen.

We asked for help from one servicer and he told us that he can't help us because there is problem with item "AMC P5-75 mit FW 1304".
Because of that it will be very helpful for us to hear is this possible and what we can do in that case?

Is there possibility to repair the card or buy used one and where? What would be the price for both option?
