Question Eltee Pulsitron TRM21/EP300CP Z-Axis Frozen In Place

Hi everyone! I wanted to start by saying thanks for creating such an awesome resource for CNC enthusiasts. Seriously, there's a powerful community here! I've been lurking and checking out a bit of the other posts for a bit now, and just decided to register because I came to a challenge that stumped me!

I have the Eltee Pulsitron TRM21/EP300CP and the Z-Axis is frozen in place on the machine. I have tried changing the drive to the unit, but no luck. If you need any other information, I will do my best to get it to you.

I was wondering if anyone here had any troubleshooting suggestions or could point me in the right direction to get this bad boy moving again? If so, that would be perfect! I would be extremely grateful for any advice or guidance anyone can give.

Thanks in advance for your time and wisdom!

    Best regards,
    Mass

Honestly, I don't know of a better guy than Frank Bonavita of Freedom Technologies (973)772-7371.
Before working for Eltee (And being a primary engineer of their EDM dept where he built your EDM from scratch), he worked for RCA Microwave. The dude designed and built them. We have 2 TRM21's (one pre-Hurco and one post-Hurco) and use them for VERY fine burning at low amperages. Frank souped each of them up. He's a top shelf guy.
We also have an OLD!! TR20 that he's worked over, too.
    Hope he's still around...

Unfortunately Frank Bonavita passed on back in October.
It's unfortunate. I heard he didn't suffer too long, which is good.

Does anyone have the vectoring head on a Eltee TRM-21. I could use some simple instructions on how to get cycle start to work. Was there ever a manual for the vectoring head?
