sodick A320D EX21 control
Hi all,
I am having trouble with my Sodick A320D with EX21 control. On firing up the machine I get an error flashing "H004 DATA FILE IS NOT FOUND IN DRIVE 2, SET THE DISK AND PUSH ENT".
I reset the disk and remove and insert the floppy in drive 2 and still get the same error. I have inserted a new user disk and still the same error. Can I bypass this error and proceed to fire up machine? has anyone out there seen this before and have a remedy? My sodick service rep is overseas for 2 weeks and I need to get my machine going desperately.
Any help would be appreciated.

Hi how do you reset the disk? i have only on floppy driver, thanks in advance
