First post but Ill get straight to the point. I just recently installed a Proma thc 150 sd. Using Mach3 and a Everlast 80s plasma. The THC will work in test mode but once I try to cut it raises the torch to the max height and wont go down. Also the distance it moves does not match what it shows on Mach3 meaning it travels further then what Mach3 thinks when this happens but when I manually control z height and it corresponds fine to Mach3. Another thing I noticed is when I had it wired for 1/50 it would only show 20v for the initial pierce, I switched it to direct and now it shows 70v. I searched online for several days and could not find any similar cases. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.
im after proma answers too........i think you need to scroll through the settings on you sd and reverse the up/down...that should improve things........
