Everlast Supercut 50 Plasma Cutter- MOSFETs blown anyone know the MOSFET type / #?

Hello!
I need to rebuild a Supercut 50 Everlast plasma cutter so that I can donate it to a non-profit for their use. I am not able to determine the part number for the MOSFETs. It's not on the part. Does anyone know? I would like to rebuild it with WARP IGBTs. Thanks! Brit in Nashville
