I want to build 18F4550 based USB-LPT converter. First I want to know which CNC software can work with this. I searched google and found that Mach3 can not work with this converter.
Please tell me which CNC program you would like to suggest me with this converter.
Thanks

We would need a lot more information. Is your interest simply getting a USB based motion control system because your intended computer doesn't have a parallel port? If so, then there are some other options:
GRBL running on Arduino - somewhat limited g-code set, but cheapest at $5, the cost of an Arduino clone. GRBL takes a simple text stream of g-code from the host computer. Firmware is free and there are many free interfaces for all types of operating systems.
UC100 - This is a pretty full featured solution that works with Mach3 and their own control interface. The hardware is about $100. Mach3 is about $175, and UCNC software is about $60
Smoothstepper - Works with Mach3. Cost is I think about $200 for the hardware, and $175 for Mach3.
TinyG2 - Like GRBL this can be had for the cost of an Arduino DUE. I think I got a DUE clone last year for about $15. Firmware is free and so is interface software.
TinyG - This is the commercial version, including dedicated hardware. I think it is like $100 for the hardware. Interface is free
PlanetCNC boards - Uses their own control software. Hardware is $135, software is free if you have their hardware. They also have a DIY solution and this is a PIC based setup. If you use DIY, the software is $75
Smoothieboard - Dedicated hardware, originally based on GRBL I think. Don't know much more.
I'm sure there are others, but this is a start.
But doesn't answer his question.I'm sure there are others, but this is a start.
Which was "What software will control the board that he linked to".

That's fine, I just though you misunderstood the question. Sorry for not adding a
