Hitachi Seiki/Hicell/Seicos LIII/ Alarm 950

Hi there, I have a Hitachi Seiki Hicell with seicos L III control, aftyer turning on in the morning, to do referencing all the axis I get alarm: 950 x axis 1-revolution sig. error.
I can do home return Z,Y,B axis individually but I am not able to do referencing on X axis.
I appreciate any help in advance.

Please check the encoder cable of X Axis Motor to X Servo Amplifier, it could be one or more encoder cable had a disconnected. Rgds. Didik
