Circuit for converting 2-channel quadrature to single channel
I need to convert a 2 channel (A and B phase) quadrature signal to single channel. The single channel should have double the frequency of the dual channel signals. Can anyone provide me with a circuit that does this?

Yes. TTL logic

A XOR B, which is SN7486. Or you can make your own XNOR gate with an SN7400:
