    The inputs will not work until you supply 12V-24V.
    You should be able to get the outputs and relay to work, though.

    hi Ger , so for check if the both card work fine on diagnostic Mach3 panel, I need of power the ST-V2 also with 24V on terminal on board ?

    Yes, where it says 12V-24V, on the right side.
