5 axis CNC programming

Me and the company I work for are about to venture into 5 axis machining. I have played with it some but I am far from a expert on it. I was wondering you anyone had any suggestions on the best place to get some training on the CAD and CAM side of the programming? We use Mastercam software and are exploring there 5 axis training class? Any help would be appreciated.
