Converting Mastercam Files without Mastercam.

Hello all,
Does anyone know if there is a way to take mastercam files and convert them to a usable format if you no longer have a mastercam licence? We switched over to Solidworks and BobCAD. All I need is the 2d parts converted to DXF and the solid models converted to .STEP. Is this possible?
