V2xt dx32 homes but won't start in auto
Hello all you CNC magicians! I recently bought a slightly used v2xt CNC mill I am using a diy rotary phase convert or for this mill and another CNC mill that I've been running for 3 years . We checked the voltage and the wild leg is high at about 274
In the morning I can start the v2xt and starts up and runs , I shut them down for lunch since the phase convert or is noisy and creates heat. When I start it up again the v2xt homes but won't start in auto, the axis hand wheel moves all axis but not the rapid switch, if I turn it off a reset it several times it will take off again but I know this is bad for them. It doesn't display any faults either.
Anyone experience this with these mills?
So far I like how easy it is to program . But it if won't run......
