i have an application for a stepper thats extremely basic, and i dont want to use an axis from mach to run it. i need a stepper with 600ozin, and on a command from mach, it needs to rotate once and hold. then on a second command (either repeated or second input) it needs to rotate back to its original position and hold. it only needs to rotate at about 60-100rpm and full step mode is quite adequate. i assume i need to run a drive (like a gecko g251 maybe) and then some sort of pulse generator. anyone know of something like this that can be bought? maybe some little programable board with configurable io? merci |

| I could sell this one to you, I'm not using it ....really It's pretty handy to have around though. ( I have a bunch of Compumotor S6 and S8 drives and motors doing "various things around the shop".) Documentation is available on line. I have some down loads, and links. Let me know if you need more fuel for the fire. ps $150 seems the going rate for the unit. CalG |
