| More like 80W when you add switching losses at 1600 Watts. That's a lot of heat to get rid of even though the drive is 95% efficient. A practical maximum is 1000 Watts. Don't overdo it; look at the size of the drive, look at the size of your motor. If it looks like a flea and an elephant in love, get some other company's bigger drive.:-) Mariss |
