Hi, I just turned on my first G203v drive with motor connected Green LED on, but no motor spinning. I have LED's on BB and can see the signal being sent. Motor was not locking either but felt stiffer then normal. I powered down drive and disconnected motor from lead screw and motor is still stiff to turn. ( more than normal ) Can somebody check my motor phases connections are correct as this is where I think I've gone wrong ? Text from Geckos data sheet TERMINAL 3 Motor Phase A Connect one end of your “Phase A” motor winding here. TERMINAL 4 Motor Phase /A Connect the other end of your “Phase A” motor winding here. TERMINAL 5 Motor Phase B Connect one end of your “Phase B” motor winding here. TERMINAL 6 Motor Phase /B Connect the other end of your “Phase B” motor winding here. I've uploaded PDF off motor data sheet My connections are as follows: Red/Yellow Phase A TERMINAL 3 Blue/Black Phase A TERMINAL 4 White/Orange Phase B TERMINAL 5 Brown/Green Phase B TERMINAL 6 Any information on this matter would be gratefully received Dale Gribble |

| For further reference I found the correct connections on Gecko support page, motor is now spinning nicely. I upload image from the PDF. Regards Dale Gribble Ps I saved the wrong image it should of shown connected in parrallel. See Jeff modifed image for reference. Set resisitor to 120k @ 5a to leave a small safety margin. Thanks for the reply Last edited by Dale gribble; 12-17-2009 at 11:21 AM. |

| Dale, You have it wired incorrectly. See attached image for correct wiring diagram. Current set resistor should be 282K "6A". Jeff...
